Purchasing Items In the Shop

How to Order

  1. Simply click the Add to Cart button found on the Shop tab. You may continue to add items to your cart until your order is complete.
  2. Click the "Go to checkout" to continue to the checkout page. Check your order for one last time.
  3. Click "Go to Payment" to move to PayPal's website and start the payment process. Log in to your existing PayPal account, or if you do not have a PayPal account, simply use your credit card. PayPal will confirm all of your information and then bring you back to our shop.
  4. The shop will ask you for a final confirmation to charge your account. Click "Pay Now" to confirm and your goodies will be on the way!
  5. A screen confirming your payment will appear and that same screen will inform you about the items you've just purchased. Some items may take a few minutes to activate, while others go through right away!

Changing My Order

We only provide digital goods and therefor changing your order after payment is unfortunately not possible. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us by email: support@sokobanonline.com.

Purchasing Security

We take security very seriously, and we do whatever we can to protect your sensitive data. Information for web orders is protected in the following ways:

  • 265-bit encryption to and from the servers and web browser.
  • All of our payments are securely handled by PayPal Inc.
  • Once the information is transmitted to our servers for processing, we use also use encryption in the back end to transmit the request to PayPal, our payment processor.
  • We never store any credit card information. We only store your PayPal customer ID, in case we need to contact you or PayPal about your order.

We take your privacy very seriously. We will never rent or sell your information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from you to convey your order information, or to send you emails at your request.
