    You seem to enjoy puzzles that takes a massive amount of steps to solve. What normally drives you to making or solving such puzzles?

      I find it interesting as an optimization problem, getting the most out of a certain amount of material. Looking for long puzzles leads to finding interesting patterns.In a way, it's like being as close to unsolvable as you can get without being there. I like the idea of difficult small puzzles too, but that's much harder to measure. Also, puzzles that take a lot of moves are more interesting conceptually than they are to actually solve, but I don't mind solving them from time to time.
